Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Assistant to support our team with advanced Google Sheets skills, including maintaining and editing App Script functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Google Sheets and its capabilities, as well as experience with SEO.

In this role, the virtual assistant will be responsible for creating and maintaining complex spreadsheets, automating processes through App Script functions, and assisting with data analysis and interpretation. In addition, the virtual assistant will also be responsible for editing, proofreading, and fact-checking of documents.

It’s a must that the virtual assistant is able to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality where required.

The virtual assistant must be able to work independently and manage their time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.

Responsibilities:
– Creating and maintaining complex spreadsheets using Google Sheets
– Writing and editing App Script functions to automate processes
– Fact checking and verifying information from sources such as news articles, data, statistics, and other resources
– Cross-referencing information with multiple sources to ensure accuracy
– Assisting with data analysis and interpretation
– Supporting team members with various tasks and projects
– Editing, reviewing, and proofreading of documents
– Communicating effectively with team members and clients via email and other platforms

Primary Duties:
– Content creation and curation: Developing and editing and reviewing high-quality, engaging content that aligns with the overall content strategy, as well as curating and repurposing existing content where appropriate.

– SEO optimization: Ensuring that all content is optimized for search engines, including through proper use of keywords, meta tags, and other technical elements.

– Content Automation: Utilizing tools to automate the process of content publishing and curation, for example scheduling and publishing in advance, use of rss feeds.

– Research and analysis: Identifying and analyzing target competitor content, and identifying gaps in existing content that need to be filled.

Requirements:
>> Excellent reading and writing skills in English
>> Strong attention to detail, proofreading, and fact-checking
>> Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets, including experience with App Script functions
>> Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
>> SEO experience is a major plus!
