SEO Analyst

We’re looking for an SEO Analyst to join Norsu’s rapidly growing team. As our SEO Analyst, you will be the helping hand of our SEO Team to solve any issues that may arise and handle tasks related to Google Tools (GA, GTM, GSC), Sites & other applications like Indeed. You will become the point partner for our SEO Strategists, meaning, you empower and enable them to move faster by also supporting them with overflow work.

In any given day, you’ll be communicating with our SEO team, managing SEMrush and assisting with troubleshooting. There are SOPs and Guides available for each process. We’re looking for a fast-learner that can adapt to the situation and find solutions.

**What you’ll be doing/supporting:**

– **Website Optimization:** Enhance site features ranging from meta tags, h1s, speed, to keyword targeting to boost organic rankings.
– **Set Up Tracking Mechanisms:** Implement and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) setups to track goals and monitor traffic.
– **Analytics and Reporting:** Spearhead our reporting, including creating custom analytics reports to provide insights and actionable intelligence.
– **Delve into Technical SEO:** Navigate tools like Google Search Console, optimizing site indexing, backlinking strategies, and more.
– **Support As Needed**: As the point technical resource, you will also be expected to support our strategists with other items as needed such as keyword research, bulk editing information in the backend of our sites, etc.

**Essential Tools & Applications:** Engage with tools like Google Analytics (GA), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Search Console (GSC), and platforms such as SEMrush, Data Studio, and WordPress.

**Collaboration:** Work hand-in-hand with our SEO team, ensuring that projects and reports align with our strategy and client needs.

**What we’re looking for:**

– Proficiency in SEO tools like SEMrush.
– Competent understand of current SEO strategies
– Ability to learn and work to meet guidelines
– Good familiarity with WordPress.
– Comprehensive understanding of Google suite tools including Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, and My Business.
