Job Description :

We are in immediate need of two full-time Digital Content Specialists to enhance our real estate marketing efforts. Offering a starting salary of $7 per hour at 40 hours a week along with the potential to earn a $500 monthly bonus for achieving key site performance goals. Prompt applications are encouraged.

We need to change the content and keep the same format so it ranks well. (google would penalize plagiarism).

Your Role:

Enrich site content with a rich array of local keywords.
Develop a strong network of internal and external links.
Customize high-ranking national articles for our local audience.
Elevate the quality of existing local blog content.
Skillfully utilize AI to enhance human creativity.
Engage with local online communities and secure high-quality backlinks.
Optimize our Google My Business listing.
Create informative visuals and graphics using advanced AI tools.
A critical part of this role will involve transferring and optimizing the top-ranking blogs from my previous site, Click to view, to our new platform, ensuring a seamless redirection of traffic.

Future Objectives:

Transform our community pages to reflect the detailed and engaging style of Premier Atlanta Real Estate.
Maintain a rigorous schedule of three keyword-optimized blogs per week.
Project Essentials:

Commit to the creation of original content, avoiding plagiarism and low-quality images. Utilize genuine content creation methods, including 4K video captures and Microsoft Designer.
Embed valuable internal and external links with precision.
Categorize and tag content methodically for easy navigation.
Produce content that meets and exceeds Google’s quality standards for significant added value and originality.
Content Quality Checklist:

Provide unique insights and in-depth analysis.
Offer thorough, comprehensive coverage of topics.
Deliver content with substantial added value.
