SEO and Google Ads Specialist
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SEO and Google Ads Specialist to join our team.
As an integral member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving organic traffic and managing successful pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to increase our online visibility, improve website rankings, and generate qualified leads.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, on-page, and off-page optimization techniques, and proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement SEO strategies:
Conduct thorough keyword research to identify target keywords and phrases.
Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking structure, to improve search engine rankings.
Perform regular site audits and identify areas for improvement in site architecture, page load speed, and user experience.
Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console.
Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes to ensure compliance and effectiveness of SEO strategies.
Manage Google Ads campaigns:
Create, optimize, and monitor PPC campaigns across various platforms, with a primary focus on Google Ads.
Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to develop effective ad groups and ad copy.
Monitor and adjust campaign budgets, bids, and targeting to maximize return on investment (ROI).
Generate insightful reports on campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for optimization.
Perform on-page and off-page optimization:
Optimize website content, including landing pages, blog posts, and product pages, to improve organic rankings and conversion rates.
Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority and increase organic traffic.
Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are followed in content creation and promotion.
Conduct regular analysis and reporting:
Monitor and analyze key SEO and PPC metrics, including traffic sources, conversion rates, and keyword rankings.
Prepare comprehensive reports on campaign performance, website traffic, and SEO efforts.
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance overall performance.
Youtube Ad campaigns
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
Proven experience as an SEO and Google Ads Specialist or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
Proficiency in keyword research and analysis tools (e.g., Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Moz).
Experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and bid management.
Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and digital marketing.
