We use SEMRUSH, Google Ads, WordPress and Odoo.
Job Summary: The SEO and SEM Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing SEO and SEM strategies to improve our online presence, drive traffic, and generate leads. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, and content optimization. Additionally, they should be adept at using tools like Semrush, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads, with a foundational knowledge of web design and development to enhance lead funnel design and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute successful SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization and link-building.
Manage and optimize SEM campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads to maximize ROI and drive conversions.
Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Semrush, and other relevant platforms.
Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly content that aligns with business objectives and target audience needs.
Design and implement effective lead funnels, ensuring a seamless user experience from acquisition to conversion.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, search engine updates, and best practices in SEO and SEM.
Perform technical SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations to improve site performance.
Assist with web design and development projects, ensuring that SEO best practices are integrated into the website architecture.
Track, report, and analyze campaign performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align SEO and SEM efforts with overall business goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as an SEO and SEM Specialist or similar role.
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Semrush, Moz, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other PPC platforms.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles.
Experience with lead funnel design and implementation.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Certification in Google Ads or similar credentials is a plus.
