Responsibilities:

Weekly Meeting and New Work: Attend weekly meetings to discuss new projects and tasks. Adapt quickly to changing requirements and timelines.
Independent Work: Demonstrate autonomy and initiative in executing tasks efficiently and effectively.
Portfolio Submission: Submit a portfolio showcasing previous work to assess skill level and expertise.
Web Design: Create visually appealing and user-friendly websites using platforms such as Squarespace, WordPress, and similar website builders. Design websites that seamlessly function in both German and English languages.
SEO Optimization: Conduct thorough SEO analyses of existing and new websites. Implement strategies to improve search engine rankings, increase organic traffic, and enhance online visibility.
Keyword Research: Perform comprehensive keyword research to identify relevant terms and phrases for optimizing website content and improving SEO performance.
Requirements:

Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in web design and SEO optimization, with a strong portfolio showcasing past projects.
Proficiency in Website Builders: Proficient in using website builders such as Squarespace, WordPress, and similar platforms to create visually appealing and functional websites.
Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both German and English languages, with the ability to write and edit website content in both languages.
SEO Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, including on-page optimization, link building, and content strategy.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve website performance.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients, and to explain technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
