WORK SCHEDULE: 2PM – 11PM Manila Time

Best Access Doors is one of North America’s leading providers of access doors for the commercial construction industry. We are expanding our Content team and looking for someone with specific skills.

As one of our SEO Content Marketing Writers you will be writing for our four company blogs, researching, and writing detailed product descriptions, and taking on other content-related tasks as directed by our Editor.

The Content Team is very close-knit and dynamic; you will go through a full training process and have ongoing support from the Editor and other team members.

You Can Expect to:

• Write compelling and original articles to drive conversions, improve click-through rates (CTR) and boost sales.
• Conduct your own research from credible, authoritative sources.
• Use AI tools like ChatGPT and Google Gemini to enhance and add value to your content
• Learn about our target audience, address their pain points, and explain how specific models that we carry solve problems for our customers
• Proofread your own work for spelling, grammar and punctuation errors
• Participate in weekly activities and team call on camera

To Be Successful, You Need to Be:

• Accessible during your entire shift
• Respond quickly to Teams and Trello notifications
• Work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
• Ask question when clarification is needed
• Actively participate in all activities and team meetings
• Be punctual and manage your time effectively

Your Performance Will be Measured By:

• Time Doctor monitoring of your screen
• Scorecards marked by our Content Editor
• Punctuality and attendance
• Meeting and exceeding your individual goals
• Working exclusively for Best Access Doors through your entire shift (no exceptions)

Your Work Environment & Equipment Needed

• A stable internet connection and reliable power source with dependable back-ups in place
• A quiet work environment
• Stable internet connection (minimum of 15mpps speed)
• Windows 10 PC
• A working camera and microphone for weekly video calls backups in place
