Job Description

We are an Australian-based marketing company and are seeking a part time creative, organised and results-driven SEO Content Writer and Social Media Content Creator to join our small but dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting engaging, keyword-optimised content for websites and various social media platforms to enhance our online presence and drive traffic.

What you will be doing daily:
-Content Creation: Develop high-quality, SEO-friendly, optimised content, including blog posts, articles, downloadable content and landing page copy.
-Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research to identify relevant topics and optimise content for search engines.
-Social Media Management: Create compelling and shareable content for social media platforms
-Community Engagement: Engage with our audience on social media by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
-Content Calendar: Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent publishing schedule across all platforms.
-Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse the performance of content using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
-Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align content with overall marketing goals and initiatives.

Requirements:

-Proven Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in content writing, with a focus on SEO and social media.
SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience with keyword research tools.
-Excellent English Writing Skills: Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft engaging and error-free content.
-Creativity: Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas for content that resonates with our target audience.
-Social Media Savvy: Proficiency in managing social media accounts and creating content for various platforms.
-Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data and metrics to inform content strategy and decision-making.
-Organisational Skills: Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
-Team Player: Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively remotely.

Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS)
-Graphic Design Skills
-Basic HTML/CSS Knowledge
