SEO Copywriter

We are looking for a captivating copywriter who looks to rank highly with all pieces of work. You will love the challenge of creating work that both our customers AND google want to read by getting the balance just right.

We are an Ecommerce beauty retailer selling over 4500 products from over 100 different brands. We are looking to overhaul our SEO & Onsite Content strategy. We want to vastly improve the quantity of content on site, but also improve the quality. We are talking: product descriptions, brand collection pages, blog articles, education pieces. We are in favour of using AI tools to assist in speed of production of work, as long as there is personalisation to all finished products and checks and tweaks for accuracy.

This will be a full time position, fully remote. The working hours for this job will be flexible, but there must be some crossover time with Australian & UK timezones. Our focus is on the quality of your output, not what time you clock on and off (as long as we have time to communicate and crossover with you).

Areas that play to your strengths:
• 3+years with Copywriting
• Experience in Ecommerce copywriting- eg: product descriptions, blog posts etc
• Vast knowledge of SEO and how to rank
• Developing SEO Strategic Plan for entire site improvement
• Use of analytics tools to measure improvement
• Highly organised and able to plan timeframes for the implementation of targets

The following skills will be highly regarded:
• An understanding of e-Commerce, and how copywriting differs for this medium
• Excellent ability to analyse data and propose objectives
• Experience in, or a strong interest in the beauty industry
• Use of AI tools to enhance your existing skills (not to replace)
