We are in search of an experienced Search Engine Optimization and Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist.
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to join our team. We are looking for a talented individual who can create rich on-page content to increase our organic search engine results, educate and delight our customers, and integrate with our other digital marketing efforts.
As an SEO and CRO Specialist, your primary focus will be on optimizing website performance, enhancing user experience, and driving conversion rates. You will help us generate effective strategies to improve online visibility, attract qualified traffic, and maximize conversions.

SEO Responsibilities:
Develop content marketing strategy, perform website audits, and SEO health checks.
Oversee website organic SEO efforts and integrate with paid marketing channels.
In-depth research to discern customers’ buying cycle and create relevant content that answers their questions and introduces our products as the solution to their needs.
Create and improve help center educational content to increase inbound organic traffic.
Craft a white-hat link-building strategy that adds relevancy and authority to our site.
Optimize with the latest trends in content creation and organic search engine behavior.
CRO Responsibilities:
Increase website conversion rates with a robust a/b testing plan and improvements.
Integrate with SEO, paid search, and social media channels to increase website visitors, optimize for a better user experience, and improve engagement and conversion funnel.
Evaluate and optimize category/product pages, CTAs, and lead-generation forms.
Ensure UI/UX design identifies and removes barriers while optimizing conversion paths.
Create, refine, and monitor custom data analytics dashboards to analyze and optimize conversion funnel across all customer acquisition efforts.
Maintain a pipeline of CRO ideas and experiments to improve customer experience.
Create fresh website content based on the analysis of successful testing outcomes.
Core Qualifications:
2-4 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency setting preferred).
Has a strong understanding of essential inbound marketing elements such as SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), analytics, and content marketing strategies.
Excellent design skills & experience in Photoshop and/or Canva.
Understand best practices for UI and UX for websites, applications, mobile, and desktop.
Experience using A/B testing tools, such as Google Optimize and Google Tag Manager.
Expert-level knowledge of Google Analytics and HTML coding language.
Demonstrated experience in conducting A/B tests and interpreting test results.
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and constantly expand knowledge and skills.
