SEO Data Entry and Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented SEO Data Entry and Management Specialist to join our team. As an SEO Data Entry and Management Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and managing large sets of data related to search engine optimization. You will work closely with our SEO team to ensure that data is accurate, up-to-date, and properly entered into our systems.

Responsibilities:

Collect and compile large sets of data related to search engine optimization, such as keyword research, backlink analysis, and competitor research
Organize and manage data using Excel or other data management tools
Enter data into our SEO software systems with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Conduct regular audits of data to ensure accuracy and completeness
Identify trends and insights in data to inform SEO strategies and tactics
Collaborate with the SEO team to develop reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators
Conduct research to identify new tools and techniques for data management and reporting
Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency across different systems and platforms

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in data entry and management, preferably in an SEO or digital marketing context
Excellent Excel skills, including the ability to create and manipulate large data sets, use pivot tables, and perform advanced functions such as VLOOKUP and SUMIF
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with SEO software such as Ahrefs, SEMRush, or Moz is a plus
Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus
Fast and accurate typing skills are essential
