Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist and Executive Virtual Assistant to oversee the online presence of multiple websites for short term rentals. The goal is to ultimately drive direct bookings to our websites and assist the owner with administrative tasks for the business. This role requires expertise in SEO, Google Analytics (GA4), paid advertising, and content creation and virtual assistance. The ideal candidate will optimize website performance, enhance visibility on search engines, and drive engagement across social media platforms and ultimately create to more direct bookings.

Responsibilities:

1. SEO Strategy and Implementation:
– Conduct keyword research and optimization for each website (minimum 25 targeted keywords per site).
– Build high-quality backlinks (minimum 70) to improve domain authority and search engine rankings.
– Perform error-fixation to ensure a seamless user experience.
– Regularly update on-page and on-site elements to align with SEO best practices.

2. Content Optimization and Website Management:
– Optimize website content for targeted keywords and user intent.
– Create and publish engaging blog posts (minimum 4 per website) to attract and retain visitors.
– Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistency and quality across all platforms.

3. Page Loading Speed Optimization:
– Monitor and improve website loading speed for enhanced user experience and search engine ranking.

4. Paid Advertising (PPC) Management:
– Develop and execute effective Facebook and Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
– Monitor ad performance, adjust bidding strategies, and optimize ad creatives for maximum ROI.

5. Social Media Promotion:
– Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) for each website.
– Create and schedule engaging posts (minimum 3 per week) to increase brand awareness and drive traffic.
– Monitor social media analytics to identify trends and optimize content strategy accordingly.

6. Executive Virtual Assistant
– Administrative Support, Project and Email Management
– Customer Service and Phone Calls with Guests

Qualifications:

– Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or SEO Specialist, preferably in a similar industry.
– Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, and other SEO tools.
– Strong understanding of on-page/off-page SEO techniques and best practices.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
– Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
