Area Ten is an Australian headquartered, global digital agency that services large corporates to fast-growing upstarts across Australia, Europe, and North America. We have a strict policy of no junior staff which means you’ll be working with the highest calibre of colleagues in the industries, hence there is a scope for ample opportunities to learn and develop. This is a full-time remote role that will pay above-market rates working in line with Australian Time zone (AEST).

The Role

To ensure successful delivery of client and company projects through coordination of internal and external resources. Be the glue that ensures smooth communication and collaboration between all parties involved. Your attention to detail will also help ensure that deliverables to clients are of consistent quality.

Key Responsibilities
*Be the main point of contact from a delivery point of view for your clients
Coordinate efforts with other specialists within the business as well as on the client side to complete the necessary tasks on time and at a consistent level of quality
*Develop clearly defined project plans and timelines
*Communicate and own weekly calls/monthly planning meetings for your clients providing clear reporting on expected deliverables and progress on deliverables
*Manage the delivery of internal projects where required Where clarification is needed proactively liaise with relevant contacts to compile the necessary information to progress programmes
*Update all project management/workflow tools to allow for timely client/company visibility of project progress for internal and external stakeholders

Behavioral Requirements:
*Analytical mindset & eye for detail – spot mistakes that others haven’t picked
*You’ll have an awareness of Google Analytics and an understanding of data and most importantly- digital marketing
Outstanding communication skills both internally and externally
*You’ll be someone who’s able to negotiate, coach, present, and troubleshoot all the way through a project
*Attention to detail
*Exceptionally organized
*Confident verbal and written communicator

Professional Qualifications and Experience

1. 4+ years’ experience in delivering digital projects from concept through to delivery (as well as experience with Quality Assurance)
2. Ideally, have experience working with digital marketing teams
3. Experience working with project management tools like ClickUp, HubSpot, Basecamp, , etc

Work from Home

There is no need to come to the office. The only real requirement is you have your own device, high-speed internet can communicate well, and can work in our time zone so we can collaborate effectively.

Pay: PHP 40,000 – PHP 50,000 per month depending on experience
