SEO Editor

Executive Mosaic, the parent company of ArchIntel Corporation, is a dynamic online
media company that reports major breaking news in the U.S. Government Contracting
marketplace through three daily publications. ArchIntel Corporation is a Research and
Media Industry in the Philippines producing new articles in business intelligence form
reports for companies in the GovCon Industry.

We’re seeking an SEO editor to help grow ArchIntel/ Executive Mosaic’s search traffic.
The editor will provide search optimization recommendations for top stories, articles,
and track performance. This editor will also help contribute to SEO training, editing, and
proofreading content from our writers in order to stay on top of SEO trends.

Responsibilities and Duties
– Edit and publish articles from SEO Writers (typographical errors, language style,
journalistic rules, keyword optimization, formatting, etc.)
– Ensure that the data and information in the articles come from trusted and
accountable sources before being published
– Ensure the distribution of keywords in articles according to SEO rules
– Manage and monitor keywords from articles that SEO Writer has written
– Monitor and improve keyword rankings
– Plan, manage and assign a task list for an SEO writer
– Oversee day-to-day operations of our SEO team
– Develop KPIs for our writing team
– Coordinate with external web and SEO consultants
– Reporting to the Director of Product Development for day-to-day supervision and
strategic direction

Qualifications and Skills
– Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism or similar is a plus
– Minimum 2-3 years in a similar role
– Experience in editing SEO articles
– Has managerial experience
– In-depth knowledge of SEO, social media trends, and online publishing.
– Experience in using keyword tools (such as ahrefs, semrush, google
keyword planner).
– Experience in link building or outreach
– Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
– A strong understanding of SEO principles, including keyword optimization
and article structure
– Strong communication skills
– Able to write SEO friendly articles
– Basic knowledge about image copyright rules
