I am looking for an experienced Ecommerce and Digital Marketing Assistant to provide support for my Digital Marketing Consulting company. My clients consist of luxury jewelry and fashion brands with price points ranging from $125 – $30,000USD. You should be familiar with the USA Shopping market and have the ability to learn about the luxury fashion and jewelry market/competition.
I am looking for someone who loves to cross things off the to-do list, can work well under deadlines, and has the ability to complete a task from start to finish.
This is a full-time role with the expectation that you will work MST time zone for a minimum of 6 hours during my working day (9am – 6pm MST), Monday – Friday. The working hours may change as we build a relationship of trust or depending on your experience. If you can provide references and experience, I might be flexible on these working hours.
Job Tasks:
SEO analysis and implementation
Google Ads – Market research, analysis, and providing suggestions for campaigns. Monitoring performance and making adjustments to improve ROAS. Building campaigns within the Ads Manager tool, writing copy, creating content/assets.
Meta Ads – Market research, analysis, and providing suggestions for campaigns. Monitoring performance and making adjustments to improve ROAS. Building campaigns within the Ads Manager tool, writing copy, creating content/assets.
Shopify – General Shopify tasks, such as creating products, updating Meta descriptions and tags based on SEO keywords, importing and naming images for SEO, URL redirects, collection creation, reporting.
Klaviyo Email Marketing – Building email flows, email templates, creating email lists/segments
Reporting – Weekly and Monthly sales & ad reporting for all brands
Daily Check-In Call – Daily check in will be required until an established relationship of trust has been built between us.
Requirements:
3+ years SEO experience: Semrush knowledge, backlink strategies, 404 redirects (Shopify), keyword analysis and implementation, competitor analysis, Meta descriptions (Shopify), Meta tags (Shopify), H1 H2 H3 tags (Shopify), Alt tags and image tags (Shopify),
3+ years Google Ads experience: Must be well versed in driving improved ROA’s, conversions, and revenue through Google Ad Campaigns. You should have the ability to research competitors and the markets and provide me with a clear strategy to maximize ad performance.
3+ years Meta Ads experience: Must be well versed in Meta/IG ads – building campaigns, creating reports, analyzing performance, scaling spend. Must have a proven track record of increasing revenue and ROAs.
Shopify: Must have 3+ years of Shopify experience. You do not need to be a developer, but you need to understand Shopify. I will not be teaching this role how to use Shopify. You must know how to use Shopify before being hired into this role.
Google Suite – Google Drive, Google Sheets, GA4, Google Search Console, Google Merchant Center.
Ability to work under deadlines and deliver projects on time.
Ability to work on multiple clients – I currently have 9 different clients in various industries. You need to have the ability to switch between client work throughout the week.
Excellent written and verbal English, especially written.
Ability to work within the USA (MST time zone) for at least 6 hours of my working day, Monday – Friday.
