SEO Executive/Analyst

Compensation & Benefits
– PHP 50,000 – 65,000 per month
– 13th Month Pay / Bonus
– Private Health and Dental Care (with tenure requirement)
– Paid Vacation, Sick Leaves, and official UK holidays

Work Setup:
– WFH / Fully remote
– 5-day work week: Mon-Fri
– Flexible hours but we do require at least a daily 4-hour overlap with UK office hours
– Direct hire/employment (we are not a recruitment agency)

Responsibilities
– Keyword research and categorisation
– Technical on page audits: crawling, analysis and recommendations
– Testing & monitoring: examining websites or website reports to determine if changes have been made in line with our recommendations
– Competitor analysis: comparisons across performance, backlinks and technical
– Performance reporting – traffic, link, ranking and revenue analysis/calculation of ROI
– Backlink analysis – quantitative research comparing competitor data against the client data
– Technical – comparing technical crawl data or page speed data
– Reporting – Construction of regular reports for clients to highlight performance and activity on their account. Generation of insights and recommendations from the data.
– Creating copy-briefs based on keyword research and gap analysis data.
– Writing metadata and H1s for specific pages on a client’s site.
– Attending internal video call meetings and adding to meeting agendas
– Preparing presentations

Competencies
– Strong communication and good spoken and written English skills
– Ability to follow walkthrough processes with good attention to detail
– An analytical mind that is able to simply convey information and research
– Excel or Google Sheets proficiency including basic maths education is desirable but not required
– Basic understanding of what organic search is and a basic knowledge of SEO practices
– Powerpoint or Google Slides proficiency is desirable but not required
– Fast learners who are enthusiastic about high standards

This position is focused on supporting the UK SEO team by completing deliverables, supported by templates and walk-through guides.
