Job Description

As a SEO Executive, you will be responsible for optimizing online content to improve search engine rankings, drive organic traffic, and enhance the overall online visibility of the company. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement SEO strategies, analyze website performance, and stay updated on industry trends to ensure the continuous improvement of search engine optimization efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Keyword Research and Analysis:

Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords.
Analyze competitor websites to identify opportunities for keyword targeting.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in search engine algorithms.
On-Page Optimization:

Optimize website content, meta titles, meta descriptions, and header tags for targeted keywords.
Ensure proper URL structure and internal linking for improved navigation and user experience.
Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content.
Off-Page Optimization:

Implement link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from reputable websites.
Manage and monitor external partnerships to enhance the website’s online authority.
Stay abreast of best practices in off-page optimization techniques.
Technical SEO:

Conduct regular website audits to identify technical issues affecting SEO performance.
Collaborate with the IT team to address and resolve technical SEO issues.
Implement schema markup and other structured data to enhance search engine understanding of website content.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Utilize SEO tools to monitor website performance, track keyword rankings, and analyze traffic trends.
Prepare and present regular reports on SEO performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
Recommend and implement strategies based on data-driven insights.
Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to align SEO strategies with overall business goals.
Communicate SEO best practices and guidelines to relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate SEO strategies into broader marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as an SEO Executive or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:

Certifications in SEO or related fields.
Experience with e-commerce SEO.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website development.
Familiarity with local SEO strategies.
