Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled SEO Expert to join our team and enhance the online visibility of our NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO, with a keen understanding of the latest trends and best practices. This full-time role requires a proactive individual who can implement effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and increase client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Keyword Research and Analysis:
Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value search terms relevant to our NDIS services.
Perform competitor analysis to uncover new opportunities and refine keyword strategies.
Focus on long-tail keywords to target specific client needs.

On-Page Optimization:
Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and URLs to improve search engine rankings.
Develop and implement internal linking strategies to enhance site navigation and SEO.
Ensure all web pages are SEO-friendly and aligned with best practices.

Technical SEO:
Conduct comprehensive website audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues.
Optimize site structure, load times, and mobile usability.
Manage XML sitemaps and Click to view files to guide search engine crawlers.

Content Strategy:
Create and implement a content strategy that includes regular blog posts, articles, and NDIS-related resources.
Focus on local SEO by developing content targeting local audiences and specific service areas.
Encourage and showcase user-generated content, such as client reviews and testimonials.

Off-Page Optimization:
Develop a backlink-building strategy to acquire high-quality links from relevant sites.
Integrate social media platforms to drive traffic and improve online presence.
Engage in guest blogging to expand reach and establish authority.

Local SEO:
Optimize and maintain our Google My Business (GMB) profile.
Ensure accurate and consistent listings on local directories and NDIS-related platforms.
Build and manage local citations to enhance local search visibility.

Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Provide regular reports on SEO performance, including key metrics and progress.
Adjust strategies based on data insights to ensure continuous improvement.

User Experience (UX):
Ensure the website is fully optimized for mobile devices.
Improve site usability and engagement through clear calls-to-action and easy navigation.

Compliance and Best Practices:
Ensure the website meets accessibility standards and ethical SEO practices.
Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and search engine algorithm changes.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an SEO Expert or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Experience with the NDIS sector or a similar industry is a plus.
