We are a dynamic company operating in the commercial and residential cleaning services sector, with a commitment to providing exceptional quality and customer satisfaction. As we expand our online presence and seek to improve our visibility in search engine results, we are currently seeking a skilled SEO Expert to join our team. This is a part-time position with ongoing opportunities for growth and development.

Position Overview:
The SEO Expert will be responsible for implementing both on-site and off-site SEO strategies for two websites: Click to view and Click to view. The primary objectives are to increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance overall online visibility for both B2B and B2C audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive SEO audits for Click to view and Click to view to identify areas for improvement and develop tailored strategies for optimization.
Perform keyword research to identify high-value target keywords relevant to the cleaning services industry and incorporate them strategically into website content.
Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking structures to enhance search engine crawlability and keyword relevance.
Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging, SEO-friendly content that addresses the needs of our target audience while incorporating relevant keywords and topics.
Implement technical SEO enhancements to improve website performance, including site speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, and schema markup.
Plan and execute off-site SEO strategies to build high-quality backlinks from reputable websites and directories, leveraging both traditional and creative link-building techniques.
Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console, and provide regular reports on key SEO metrics and performance indicators.
Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in SEO, search engine algorithms, and digital marketing, and adapt strategies accordingly to maintain competitiveness.
Qualifications:

Proven experience working in SEO, with a track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic to websites.
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research methodologies, and on-page/off-page SEO best practices.
Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights to inform SEO strategies.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with content creators, web developers, and other stakeholders.
Proactive mindset with a commitment to staying updated on industry trends and continuously learning and refining SEO techniques.
Experience with WordPress and other content management systems is preferred.
Relevant certifications in SEO or digital marketing are a plus.
Additional Information:

This is a part-time position with flexible hours, suitable for freelancers or individuals seeking supplementary income.
Remote work is available, with occasional meetings or check-ins as needed.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience and performance.
