Job Summary:
As an SEO Expert at Conexas Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our client’s online presence and driving organic traffic to their websites. You will be responsible for implementing and optimizing SEO strategies, conducting keyword research, analyzing website performance, and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and algorithm updates. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our clients’ websites are fully optimized and aligned with their business objectives.

Responsibilities:
– SEO Strategy Development: Develop and execute customized SEO strategies that align with the client’s business goals, aiming to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and enhance overall online visibility.

– Keyword Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords, and integrate them strategically into website content and meta tags.

– On-Page Optimization: Optimize website structure, content, and meta tags for improved user experience and search engine crawlability. Implement best practices for headings, image optimization, and internal linking.

– Technical SEO: Perform technical audits to identify and resolve issues that may hinder search engine indexing and crawling. Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, fast-loading, and secure.

– Link Building: Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites, enhancing domain authority and search engine rankings.

Backlink Management: Monitor, analyze, and manage the quality and quantity of backlinks to clients’ websites. Proactively identify and disavow harmful or spammy backlinks, while actively seeking opportunities for acquiring high-quality, relevant backlinks to improve domain authority and overall SEO performance.

– Content Optimization: Collaborate with content creators to ensure that website content is relevant, engaging, and optimized for target keywords.

– SEO Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and analyze website performance using various SEO tools and platforms. Prepare regular reports and present insights to clients, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

– Stay Abreast of SEO Trends: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, search engine algorithm changes, and best practices to continually enhance the effectiveness of SEO strategies.

– Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges in the market, and adjust SEO strategies accordingly.

– Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, web development, and content teams to ensure seamless integration of SEO strategies across all aspects of the client’s online presence.

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
-Proven experience as an SEO Expert or similar role.
-In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices.
-Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.
-Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
-Up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and industry developments.
-Experience with HTML, CSS, and website optimization techniques is a plus.
