Job Description:
Responsibilities:

Conduct keyword research to identify high-volume and relevant keywords for our website and blog
Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website and blog ranking
Conduct a technical SEO audit to identify and fix any website issues that may affect search engine rankings
Create high-quality, engaging, and informative content for our Learn Bill Blog using AI tools such as Chat GPT 3.5 or 4.0
Optimize website structure and navigation to improve user experience and search engine crawlers’ ability to crawl the site
Monitor and analyze website and blog traffic, search engine ranking, and other metrics to measure the effectiveness of SEO and content strategies
Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure our website and blog are optimized for search engines’ latest requirements
Collaborate with our development team to implement technical SEO improvements, such as site speed optimization, mobile-friendliness, and schema markup
Create and implement a link building strategy to improve our website and blog’s authority and domain rating

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in SEO and content creation, preferably in e-commerce and blogging
Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices
Experience with website optimization tools, such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs, and Moz
Demonstrated experience with keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link building
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus
Experience with AI tools such as Chat GPT 3.5 or 4.0 is a must

Key Responsibilities:

E-commerce Content Creation: Collaborate with our team to write compelling product content that adheres to our unique methodologies, including crafting long titles, short titles, bullet points, and comprehensive product descriptions while incorporating relevant keywords.

Keyword Research: Utilize keyword research tools to identify and incorporate high-performing keywords into product listings to enhance search visibility and drive sales.

Brand Alignment: Maintain a consistent and on-brand tone across all product descriptions to effectively communicate our product value and enhance brand recognition.

Product Line Revamp: Participate in a major rewrite initiative focusing on two product lines initially. Ensure that writing style and technological understanding align with the best practices for product description optimization.

Collaboration: Work closely with the owner and development teams to implement improvements in product descriptions. Collaborate on rewriting and creating content for all our product lines as the role evolves.

Qualifications:

Extensive E-commerce Experience: Proven track record in e-commerce content writing, with expertise in utilizing modern e-commerce tools, particularly Helium 10 and Titan networks.

SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEO principles and keyword research, with the ability to optimize product listings for search engines.

Creative Writing Skills: Exceptional writing skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to craft persuasive and engaging product descriptions.

Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing strategies and methodologies in the e-commerce industry.

Remote Work: Comfortable working independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
