About the Role: SEO Specialists work to improve new construction business in USA
-monthly payments of 60,000 PHP -85,000 PHP.

We are general contractor company in USA that opened new company that selling only Windows and Doors etc..

-The SEO Specialist role is full-time and remote.
-SEO Specialists work 35-40 hours per week .
-Written English fluency is required.
-As an SEO Specialist, you MUST have experience with CONSTRUCTION company (General contractor)
-better experience with windows and doors company

Must know google regulations with general contractors.
Experience with GMB and Google Local BUSINESS (google guarantee)+open local maps and generate organic reviews.
-MUST KNOW HOW TO GENERATE LEADS
-must know how to strength website authority
-must know how to rank organically to page number one in Google when customers search specific keyword
-must you know how to create backlinks
– analyze the big competitors in the market
-redesign existing website from A-Z in professional way
-write high content with the right keyboards.
-Research and Analysis:
– Identify target audience and keywords.
– Conduct competitor analysis.
– Audit current website for SEO strengths and weaknesses.

– Keyword Strategy:
– Select primary and secondary keywords.
– Determine keyword intent (informational, transactional, navigational).
– Create a content plan around targeted keywords.

-On-Page Optimization:
– Optimize meta tags (title, description, headers).
– Improve website structure and internal linking.
– Optimize content for keywords and user experience.
– Ensure website speed and mobile-friendliness.
-Content Creation:
– Develop high-quality, relevant content for target keywords.
– Incorporate multimedia (images, videos, infographics).
– Implement a content calendar for consistent publishing.

-Off-Page Optimization:
– Build high-quality backlinks from relevant websites.
– Engage in guest blogging and outreach campaigns.
– Monitor and manage online reputation.

-Technical SEO:

-Local SEO:

Interlink relevant pages across What We Offer

-Open business social media accounts:
Facebook Instagram, LinkedIn TikTok
Maintain and post weekly in these accounts

List our company and open accounts with YELP -Thumbtack- ETC
