Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO and Ads Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO activities, ensuring our website and landing pages achieve optimal search engine performance. This role demands an in-depth understanding of backlink building, technical SEO implementation in WordPress, and the creation of effective SEO strategies, including advanced keyword research and clustering.

Key Responsibilities:

On-Page SEO:

Conduct thorough on-page SEO audits and implement improvements, including optimizing title tags, meta descriptions, and headers (H1, H2, H3).
Optimize website content, including the strategic use of keywords and ensuring the inclusion of relevant LSI keywords.
Implement and manage alt tags for all images to improve image search indexing.
Ensure the website architecture and internal linking structures enhance crawlability and user navigation.
Regularly update and refine content to keep it relevant and aligned with current SEO trends.
Off-Page SEO:

Develop and execute advanced link-building strategies, focusing on acquiring high-authority backlinks through guest posting, influencer outreach, and content syndication.
Conduct competitor backlink analysis to identify new link-building opportunities.
Utilize advanced techniques such as broken link building and skyscraper content strategies to enhance backlink profiles.
Technical SEO:

Implement technical SEO best practices within WordPress, including optimizing files, XML sitemaps, and ensuring proper canonical tag usage.
Enhance website speed through image optimization, leveraging browser caching, and minimizing HTTP requests.
Ensure mobile optimization and the implementation of AMP (Accelerated Mobile Pages) where applicable.
Regularly perform technical audits using tools like Screaming Frog and Sitebulb, and promptly address issues.
SEO Strategy and Keyword Research:

Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy tailored to business goals, including both short-term and long-term plans.
Perform detailed keyword research using tools like SEMrush and Ahrefs to identify high-potential keywords, including long-tail variations.
Cluster keywords into strategic groups to target specific topics and improve content relevance.
Continuously monitor keyword performance and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
Landing Page Optimization:

Design and optimize landing pages with a focus on maximizing conversion rates, incorporating best practices in UX/UI design.
Implement A/B testing and multivariate testing to refine landing page elements, such as CTAs, forms, and layout.
Collaborate closely with design and development teams to ensure landing pages are fully optimized for SEO and user experience.
Facebook Ads Management and Implementation:

Create, manage, and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns, including in-depth audience targeting using custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and detailed demographic targeting.
Implement Facebook Pixel tracking across websites to monitor and optimize conversion events, such as page views, lead submissions, and purchases.
Develop compelling ad creatives and copy, utilizing split testing (A/B testing) to determine the most effective combinations.
Analyze campaign performance using Facebook Ads Manager and Facebook Analytics, making data-driven adjustments to enhance ROI.
Stay current with Facebook Ads best practices and updates, ensuring compliance with platform policies and maximizing ad effectiveness.

Facebook Ads Management:

Develop, launch, and manage Facebook Ads campaigns across various objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.
Implement advanced audience targeting strategies, including custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and detailed demographic, interest, and behavior targeting.
Conduct in-depth competitive analysis to identify opportunities and benchmark performance.
Pixel Implementation and Tracking:

Implement and manage Facebook Pixel across all relevant websites to accurately track and optimize conversion events, such as page views, lead submissions, and purchases.
Set up and manage custom conversions and standard events to track specific actions and optimize for higher-value activities.
Ensure proper configuration of pixel tracking to capture valuable audience insights and behavior data.
Ad Content Creation and Rotation:

Develop compelling ad creatives, including images, videos, and carousel ads, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Write persuasive ad copy that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.
Implement content rotation strategies to prevent ad fatigue and ensure fresh, relevant messaging.
Utilize A/B testing to determine the most effective ad creatives and copy variations, continuously refining based on performance data.
Campaign Optimization and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Facebook Ads Manager and Facebook Analytics, making data-driven adjustments to optimize for key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
Regularly review and adjust bidding strategies to maximize budget efficiency and achieve desired outcomes.
Create detailed performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing campaign improvement.
Stay current with Facebook Ads best practices, algorithm updates, and industry trends to ensure campaigns remain competitive and compliant with platform policies.
Audience Segmentation and Retargeting:

Develop and implement sophisticated retargeting strategies to re-engage past website visitors and convert them into customers.
Segment audiences based on behavior, engagement, and conversion likelihood to tailor messaging and offers effectively.
Use dynamic ads to deliver personalized content based on user interactions and preferences.
Collaboration and Strategy Development:

Work closely with the marketing team to align Facebook Ads strategies with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
