About You:

We are on the lookout for a dependable, proactive, and professional SEO and marketing specialist to join our dynamic team.

Skills Requirements:

Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience as an online marketing specialist.
Hold a minimum of 1 year of experience as an SEO specialist.
Demonstrate proficiency in managing Google Shop Listings.
Exhibit expertise in scheduling and managing Facebook Ads.
Display a strong grasp of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
Possess the ability to adapt to evolving SEO trends and search engine algorithms.
Showcase analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exhibit strong teamwork and communication abilities.
Demonstrate exceptional written and spoken English language skills.

Desirable Skills (not mandatory but advantageous, please highlight in your cover letter if applicable):

Familiarity with WordPress.
Basic understanding of electronics.
Experience in graphic design.

Duties:

Regularly post on our >Facebook company page (twice weekly).
List all products on Facebook Marketplace, Ebay, and Amazon.
Create ads for Facebook and Google (artwork can be outsourced, if necessary).
Analyse ad performance.

SEO Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-traffic keywords.
Analyse competitor keywords and strategies to uncover opportunities.
Optimise website content, including titles, meta descriptions, headings, and image alt tags.
Ensure proper keyword placement and density while maintaining high-quality, user-friendly content.
Improve website loading speed and mobile responsiveness.
Perform website audits to identify technical SEO issues and rectify them.
Address issues like broken links, crawl errors, and duplicate content.
Implement structured data markup for rich snippets.
Develop and execute content strategies for SEO-friendly, engaging, and valuable content.
Collaborate with content creators to align content with SEO goals.
Optimise existing content for better search engine visibility.
Develop and execute link-building strategies to secure high-quality backlinks.
Monitor and disavow toxic or spammy backlinks as needed.
Monitor website traffic, keyword rankings, and relevant SEO metrics.
Generate regular SEO performance reports, providing insights and recommendations.
Stay updated with industry trends and algorithm changes.
Optimise Google My Business listings and local citations for local SEO.
