Job Description

As an SEO Growth Coordinator, he/she will be focusing on managing all team tasks for each client and making sure we meet our deadlines, whether it is Web Development, link building, or content writing; you will play a crucial role in improving our clients’ search engine rankings and driving organic traffic to their websites. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. **Project Coordinating:**
1. Meet with the General Manager and report on the team’s overall success.
2. Coordinate projects within Notion and assign related tasks
3. Improve timelines to have faster deadlines completed per project.
4. Report to the General Manager and work on Weekly meetings and monthly client reporting.
2. **Link Building**
– Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to increase domain authority and improve search engine rankings.
– Conduct comprehensive backlink audits to identify opportunities for link acquisition and removal of toxic links.
– Build relationships with authoritative websites, bloggers, and influencers to secure high-quality backlinks.
– Monitor and analyze backlink profiles to ensure compliance with Google’s guidelines and maintain a healthy link profile.
3. **SEO Content Writing**
– Create high-quality, SEO-optimized content that aligns with our clients’ brand voice, target audience, and marketing objectives; this will be assisted by [](/) for faster write-ups.
– Conduct keyword research to identify relevant topics and optimize content for target keywords.
– Collaborate with our content and SEO team to develop content calendars and ensure timely delivery of optimized content.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SEO content writing to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness.
4. **Reporting and Analysis:**
– Track and analyze key performance metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and backlink acquisition.
– Generate detailed reports on SEO performance and provide actionable insights to clients and SEO Team
– Identify opportunities for optimization and make data-driven recommendations to improve SEO performance.
5. **Working Hours: 4 PM PST to 12 AM PST or 7 AM – 3 PM Philippines time and Mon-Fri**
– Most of the team are located in the Philippines and Pakistan, so it is important to have the same working hours together.
– We do observe Philippean national holidays
– The pay period is on an end-of-the-month invoice, which is sent a day before the end of the month so I can pay the salary in full before the new month starts.

**Requirements:**

– Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
– Proven experience in SEO link building and content writing, preferably in an agency environment.
– In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and Google’s Webmaster guidelines.
