We’re on the lookout for a creative and data-driven Keyword Researcher & Content Planner to join our team.
Your Role:
– Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-potential topics using Ahrefs and Google Search Console.
– Analyze search trends and competition to inform content strategy.
– Ensure that content aligns with what the search engine results pages (SERPS) are rewarding.
– Upload engaging blog posts.
– Edit existing content based on our content audit findings.
– Establish project milestones and deadlines.
– Communicate effectively with your project manager to ensure prompt delivery of deadlines and deliverables.
– Provide feedback and contribute ideas to continuously improve our processes.
Requirements and skills:
– Proven experience in SEO
– A pro in using Ahrefs
– Demonstrated success in a similar role.
– Knowledge of SEO best practices.
– String writing skills (please provide examples of your previous work, such as blog posts or website copy)
– Exceptional English communication skills (both written and spoken)
– Willingness to learn and embrace our methodology and processes.
– Keen attention to detail (we manage content using Google spreadsheets!)
– Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
Nice-to-Have Skills (not required, but beneficial):
– Background as a content writer.

Additionally, to gauge your skills, we’d like you to complete this task:
1. Record a Loom video on how you’ll create a content plan for a new client in the compression apparel business.
2. This client had existing blog posts before they decided to create proper keyword research.
3. Feel free to be as specific as possible with your video, you may share your screen if you want to! We want to see your level of understanding when it comes to keyword research.
After filling out the form and finishing the task, send an email to with the subject line “I love organic traffic.” Take note that we need 2 Loom videos, 1 for the task and 1 for the introduction. The videos don’t have to be lengthy but should be long enough to help us decide!
