We provide SEO and Google Ads Management services.
We are a small family-run company, and we have a team of eleven. Four of which are in the UK, and seven are in the Philippines. We have been in the business since 2016, and we are looking for an exceptional link builder/outreach specialist to join our team.
In this role, your key responsibilities are:
Choosing appropriate backlink strategies
– Guest post
– Link insertion
– Link reclamation
– Broken link building
– Brand Mentions
– Citations / directory submissions
– Infographics
– Outreach
Utilise outreach tools
Research and list building
Email writing and outreach
Relationship management / communication
Create content briefs for guest post opportunities
Monitor and report on backlink performance and opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with team members, including content, SEO, and account management
Daily email of a bullet point summary of pending tasks
Keep records of task development via task management systems and Google Sheets
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and develop and improve link-building strategies.
Skill Sets Required:
White hat backlink building only
Natural problem-solver
Highly motivated, persistent, resourceful and persuasive
Has a positive mindset, and a strong work ethic
Highly organised / methodical in approach
High-level written English
Highly internet literate
Good understanding of business, marketing
Up to date with the latest best practices in SEO outreach
Ability and willingness to learn, happy to be trained, and perfectly follow instructions
Team player
Experience Required: 1+ years recent experience as a full-time backlink builder
Additional Notes:
We provide training using Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and continued guidance
This role provides a good opportunity for growth for the right person with the correct work ethic.
After 6 months, if we are happy with the performance, we will pay a one-off $200 USD bonus
We honour the 13-month pay (pro rata)
Potential for compensation increases with high performance
20 days paid leave / sick per year (pro rata)
Must have fast and reliable internet of at least 10 Mbps download speed with a backup connection option and a headset and web camera for team meetings.
Must have at least a quad-core processor and run on Win10 OS if using a PC
