We are looking for an SEO / Link Building specialist to join our team on a long-term basis.
This is an in-house full-time position, not an agency, and you will work on two websites directly with the founder.
You will be responsible for managing all SEO activities, such as link-building, content strategy and keyword strategy, to increase rankings on all major search networks.
You will work on the following websites:
1 x Ecommerce website (custom build by us, 10+ years old, around 100 pages currently)
1 x SaaS website
To be considered for the role, you must meet the following requirements:
– Minimum 3 – 5 years of SEO / Link Building experience
– Proven experience in link-building and SEO, preferably in an agency or in-house setting
– Experience with link-building and website analysis tools, including Ahrefs, SEM Rush, Screaming Frog, SEO Powersuite, Majestic, Google Analytics
– Experience with Google Search Console and Bing webmaster tools
– Understanding of the latest changes in search engine algorithms and their impact on SEO
– Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and, optionally Google Ads
– Be fluent in verbal and written English
– Be organized and have strong attention to detail
– Have the ability to meet deadlines
– Have excellent research skills
– Be able to multi-task and manage SEO / Link Building tasks independently
ABOUT THE JOB
This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position where you will work directly with an SEO-knowledgable founder.
The salary is 22000 – 33000 PHP, depending on your experience.
Your hours will be Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm Philippine time (11 am to 7 pm Australian time).
Location: Remote / Work from home
Main Job Responsibility:
– On-page SEO
– Link Building – develop and execute link-building strategies to increase website visibility and search engine rankings
– Plan and execute cold outreach link-building campaigns
– Monitor the progress of link-building campaigns and make adjustments as needed
– Come up with article ideas for guest posting
– Develop and define keyword lists
– Monitor SEO performance and prepare in-depth weekly and monthly reports for all major metrics, goal tracking, revenue, keyword tracking, trends, and competitor analysis
– Conduct regular website technical SEO audits to identify critical issues and work with our development team to fix things if necessary
Other Job Responsibilities:
As mentioned above, your primary and, most of the time, only responsibility will be increasing website quality and traffic.
However, although highly unlikely, you might get asked to help with other tasks if required. Those tasks might include the following:
General Administrative Assistance – providing administrative assistance to the team.
Digital Marketing Assistance – like social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and others
