WHO/WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Stallion is looking for a full-time SEO Link-Building Specialist; you will be responsible for all Off-page SEO activities such as outreach (guest post & Haro), digital PR, negotiations and maintaining journalist relations to help increase rankings on all major search networks. You will be reporting to the Head of Marketing, who is based in Vancouver, B.C.
YOUR ROLE IN THE TEAM:
– Implement and manage a variety of link-building strategies
– Obtain backlinks from authoritative websites to improve search rankings
– Track all outreach activities and progress on spreadsheets
– Manage our inbox and negotiations while displaying excellent copywriting skills
– Build and maintain relationships with reputed webmasters and journalists
– Continuously optimize our link-building SOPs for better results
– Display a strong understanding of SEO best practices and fundamentals
– Assist with monthly SEO reporting while meeting KPIs
BASIC REQUIREMENT:
– Minimum 2 years of proven Off-page SEO experience
– Copywriting experience (blogs, website content, pitches for journalists, etc.)
– In-depth knowledge of SEO and email marketing tools (Semrush, Ahrefs, Klaviyo, etc.)
– Strong background in link-building (Guest Post, HARO, Skyscraper, and other white-hat strategies)
– Familiar with skills like keyword research, email marketing, WordPress (basic), managing spreadsheets and anchor text optimization.
NOT REQUIRED, BUT WOULD BE A GREAT ASSET:
Experience working for a North American company
WORK HOURS:
Monday to Friday. Must be able to work 4 hrs PDT time zone( 1PM – 5PM PDT) + 4hrs flexible
