Job Description

As an SEO Manager you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the organic search performance of up to 10 websites. You will work closely with our clients to develop and execute effective SEO strategies that drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and ultimately increase conversions. On-Page and Off-Page Optimization: Perform keyword research, optimize on-page elements (e.g., meta tags, content, headings), and develop off-page strategies such as link building to improve organic search rankings.

Technical SEO: Conduct technical audits and address issues related to website structure, site speed, mobile-friendliness, and other technical aspects that impact SEO performance.

Content Optimization: Work with content creators to ensure that website content is optimized for search engines and aligned with SEO strategies.

Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitors’ SEO strategies and stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement.

Performance Monitoring: Regularly track, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations to clients.

Client Communication: Maintain strong client relationships through clear and effective communication, including regular status updates, performance reports, and strategy discussions.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, developers, and designers, to implement SEO recommendations effectively.

Google Analytics and SEO Tools: Utilize Google Analytics and industry-standard SEO tools to gather data, insights, and optimize campaigns.

Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to ensure the agency remains at the forefront of SEO innovation.

Qualifications

5 years experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as an SEO specialist or manager, with a track record of successfully managing SEO campaigns and improving organic search rankings.
Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, and others.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional communication and client-facing skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications (preferred).
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website development (a plus).
