Responsibilities:
Client Communication:
Conduct regular calls with clients to discuss project progress, address concerns, and answer any SEO-related queries.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of SEO concepts and provide clear explanations to clients.
SEO Team Management:
Lead and manage the SEO team, ensuring all members are on track with their individual and collective project goals.
Offer ongoing support and guidance to the team, fostering an environment of learning and growth.
Regularly review team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness in SEO practices.
Metrics Analysis and Recommendations:
Review and analyze SEO metrics using various tools and dashboards.
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve website performance, organic traffic, and search engine rankings.
SEO Press Releases:
Generate SEO-focused press releases to enhance online visibility and communicate key messages.
Coordinate the publication and distribution of press releases on relevant platforms.
Competitor Research:
Conduct thorough competitor research to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
Determine the level of competition in target markets and adjust strategies accordingly.
Keyword Research and Recommendations:
Perform comprehensive keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing terms.
Provide recommendations for integrating targeted keywords into content and metadata.
Ahrefs Familiarity (or SEM Rush):
Utilize Ahrefs and similar tools to analyze backlinks, track keyword rankings, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in search engine algorithms.
SEO Audit Reports:
Read and interpret SEO audit reports, identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement recommended changes.
Issue Monitoring and Response:
Monitor for SEO issues such as algorithm updates, penalties, or technical issues affecting website performance.
Respond promptly to mitigate and resolve any SEO-related challenges.
Requirements:
Proven experience in SEO management with a strong track record of successful project (minimum 5 years of experience).
Technical Proficiency and Strategic Insight:
Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, AHrefs, SEMRush) and WordPress. Capable of conducting detailed SEO audits, interpreting data for strategic decisions, and optimizing for search engines and user experience.
A solid grasp of SEO principles, with the ability to adopt new techniques and adapt strategies in response to industry trends and algorithm updates.
Leadership and Team Collaboration:
Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing SEO projects and guiding teams, including remote members.
Strong inclination towards building long-term partnerships, contributing to the agency’s growth, and embracing continuous learning for professional development.

Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex strategies and insights to a diverse audience.
