Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated SEO Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our SEO strategy to improve our organic search rankings, drive traffic, and increase brand awareness. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO best practices, strong analytical skills, and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with business goals.
– Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for organic growth.
– Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, and on-page elements.
– Perform technical SEO audits and recommend fixes to improve website performance.
– Monitor and analyze website traffic, rankings, and other key SEO metrics.
– Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content development.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry news.
– Manage and optimize local SEO efforts, including Google My Business listings.
– Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
– Report on SEO performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
– Proven experience as an SEO Manager or similar role.
– Strong knowledge of SEO tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
– Excellent understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
– Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website content management systems (CMS).
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience in the medical aesthetics industry.
– Knowledge of local SEO and experience managing multi-location SEO campaigns.
– Understanding of UX/UI principles and their impact on SEO.
– Certification in Google Analytics or related SEO certifications.
