SEO Manager

We seek an SEO Manager to coordinate SEO efforts, including onsite and offsite optimization, content, and outreach.

We are looking for an analytical and perceptive professional who is a skilled communicator and can collaborate with internal teams. No client communication will be required. Current knowledge of SEO practices and techniques is essential to this role.

Your goal will be to ensure that content is search-engine friendly and optimized to increase our client’s profitability.

Here is a list of responsibilities and expectations:

Developing and implementing overall campaign strategy
Being the main point of contact for all client communication
Technical On-Page SEO – Schema, AIOSEO, Speed, Internal Linking, etc
Competition analysis
Assessing the site’s current state of optimization
Performing keyword research
Following ranking trends
Developing content strategies – keyword research, post content, adjust to meet SEO criteria.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS
Knowledge of WordPress
Familiarity with Tools – Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, MOZ, SEM Rush
Outreach – Building links/citations
Analyzing traffic trends
Completing monthly reporting
Setting up, tracking, and managing Google Analytics and Google Business Profile
Utilizing the latest SEO tools for insights
Excellent English and Communication with Internal Team Only
Strong Organizational and Leadership Skills
Analytical Mindset with numeric and logical aptitude

Work Schedule & Holidays:

Part-time Position – 25 – 30 hours per week

Mondays to Fridays, the hours are flexible; you can work anytime as long as work is done. We would have a few weekly meetings on Zoom during my hours in New York, USA (Easter Time Zone).

You’ll qualify for 3 paid vacation days and 3 pad sick days after the 3-month probation period.

We honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All Souls Day.

Salary:
