Our organization is a small company but utilizes multiple brands and organizations. We believe in the power of innovative SEO strategies to enhance our online presence and significantly boost our lead generation, sales funnels, and conversion forms. We are a Real Estate, Mortgage, and consulting organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Enhancement: Audit and refine existing content, ensuring it aligns with SEO
• Strategic SEO Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies that efficiently target key demographics and funnel them through our sales process.
• Lead Generation: Utilize cutting-edge SEO techniques to increase our visibility, and attract high-quality leads that are more likely to convert and align forms to automate with our CRM
• Sales Funnel Optimization: Collaborate with our marketing team to refine and optimize sales funnels, ensuring a smooth customer journey from initial contact to conversion.
• Form Optimization: Design and implement effective forms for lead capture, ensuring they are optimized for user experience and conversion.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in SEO and digital marketing, with a track record of enhancing website visibility and engagement.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
• Experience with content management systems, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools.
• Creative thinking with a strategic mindset, able to develop innovative solutions for lead generation and conversion.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• This is a part-time position of 20 hours per week but could grow to a full-time position.
