Our team is growing, and we are looking for a talented and experienced SEO Manager to join us.

**Position Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager with a strong background in on-page, content strategy, and technical SEO. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using industry-standard tools like Moz, SemRush, and Google Analytical Tools. This individual will play a critical role in analyzing data, devising effective strategies, resolving critical site errors, improving page speed, and implementing on-page linking strategies. Additionally, the SEO Manager will be responsible for conducting outreach to high domain authority sites to secure guest post opportunities and link exchange opportunities on behalf of our clients.

**Responsibilities:**

– Develop and execute effective SEO strategies for client accounts.
– Perform on-page optimization and content strategy to improve SERP rankings.
– Identify and quickly resolve critical website errors affecting SEO performance.
– Optimize page speed and improve overall website performance.
– Implement on-page linking strategies to enhance website authority.
– Conduct outreach to high domain authority sites to secure guest post and link exchange opportunities.
– Generate monthly data reports for each client to track progress and demonstrate ROI.

**Qualifications:**

– Proven experience in SEO, with a track record of successful projects.
– Strong knowledge of Moz, SemRush, and Google Analytical Tools.
– Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
– Familiarity with on-page SEO, technical SEO, and content strategy.
– Outstanding communication and outreach skills.
– Ability to manage 5-10 client accounts with room for growth.
– Strong problem-solving and project management skills.

**Compensation and Growth:**
We offer a starting salary of $200 paid bi-monthly on the 1st and 15th, and we’re excited to reward your commitment and growing competency with the potential for increased earnings. Your salary reflects our commitment to a transparent and goal-oriented work environment. We use a time tracker to set realistic internal goals for company growth.
