SEO Manager Position

We’re currently looking to hire a full-time manager to help manage the fulfillment of our SEO Agency. We are bringing on mostly local but some national clients fast and need a very organized person to help us deliver ahead of schedule for our clients. Our clients are in the US and the owner is in the US but the team is mostly in the Phillipines.

Our business started last year and we’ve started growing exponentially in the last couple weeks and need help making sure we deliver to a high standard for every customer we have signed on. There is potential for a lot more customers so we need someone who has a mind for SEO and organization to help us organize the team and deliver consistent results.

You’ll be working directly with the owner who has been managing the team of 4 himself so far. So communication skills and english fluency both spoken and written is required.

Here are some of the qualities we are looking for in a candidate for this role:
– Previous experience with SEO and can show examples of increases in traffic you were responsible for
– Examples of being really organized – we really need help getting organized
– Familiarity with On-page SEO best practices and quality backlinking campaigns
– An agile, data-oriented mind that loves learning new software and incorporating new strategies
– Able to write/edit/approve quality content that doesn’t sound like AI wrote it
– Really good and fast communication – you’ll be working directly with the owner and managing a team of 4 to start.
– Driven, friendly, and looking to actively help a company grow and grow!
