Job Description

As Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll run our “in-house digital center of excellence”, working to drive leads, MQLs, SQLs/Pipeline and grow our overall revenue through PPC, display advertising, website optimization and more. As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will: Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive digital programs and roadmaps to achieve MQL and SQL growth targets and revenue goals. Create and foster a culture of campaign optimization and ensure the website and other digital properties are continuously enhanced through conversion optimization (including A/B and multivariate testing for website, ads, landing pages, email, forms, CTAs, etc.). Responsible for management and analysis of our SEO, PPC, display, paid social media, and other web-based marketing programs Research/pilot new digital channels to expand the digital footprint of TCP Ideate, execute, and analyze the impact of Account-based targeted display advertising campaigns Prioritize new digital projects based on campaign strategy and impact Proactively collaborate cross-functionally and manage relationships with digital agencies and vendors Coordinate measurement and performance of all digital marketing campaigns; accountable for ROI and KPI goals-against complex and aggressive business plans Ensure digital metrics data is accessible and consumable to deliver actionable insights and drive decisions Report on key KPIs and proactively create diversification and mitigation strategies to support consistent growth Meet new customer acquisition and revenue goals You are a strong fit for this role if you have: 5+ years in similar digital demand generation roles Strong experience leading digital strategy in a B2B tech company; Previous experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization Proven track record in SEO, SEM, and social media advertising management Hands-on experience using Google Analytics required Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and data-driven strategy creation Collaborative team player, creative problem solver, and relationship builder Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM systems, strategies, and best practices Experience with Pipeline Pro is a plus. BA/BS degree from a four-year college or university is a plus Google Ads / Microsoft Advertising / SEO certifications a plus.
