About The Role
Term: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Salary: £600/month
You’ll be responsible for executing the SEO outreach strategies and securing high-quality links for all clients while always looking for new strategies and ways to improve current methods. You’ll need to be an organised, dynamic, and results-driven individual with a technical and analytical approach to your work. As we offer remote working, we trust you to be self-motivated and great at managing your own time.
We’re going through some really exciting growth with an expanding offering. You’ll need to take the initiative and tackle brand-new challenges as they come up.
This is a perfect opportunity for SEO link builders who are looking to work in a fast-paced environment across multiple channels and clients with a tight-knit team. The SEO Outreach Specialist will be reporting to the Outreach Team Lead alongside other team members.
Responsibilities
– Execute SEO outreach strategies for all clients
– Identify and acquire backlink opportunities to increase client website traffic
– Conduct prospecting and outreach for all campaign strategies and methods
– Create effective email pitches and perform negotiations for link acquisition
– Help the content team with topic ideation for campaigns
– Secure monthly link targets
– Collaborate with other teams to ensure the consistency of SEO efforts
– Find new link opportunities by using the latest search techniques and methods
About You
– Philippines-based
– 2 years experience link building
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Computer Science
– Proven experience in building links for multiple clients within an agency environment
– Excellent client communication and writing skills
– A strategic mind with the ability to understand where to prioritise efforts effectively
– Experience in Excel or Google Sheets
– Experience using SEO tools such as AHREFS, SEMrush, , etc.
– We’d love to see you have a creative mindset and the ability to generate innovative ideas
Interview Process

– 2nd stage interview with Digital PR & Outreach Manager, presenting a mini project
– Final interview with the CEO
