Job Description

Working directly with our UK team based in Tunbridge Wells you will play a pivotal role in managing our performance marketing efforts and promoting the PMGY brand across a number of online platforms. Your role will include assuming sole responsibility for our PPC accounts and SEO strategy to ensure accuracy, optimisation and forecasting. We are looking for a standout and exceptional candidate for this position in order to help drive our business to the next level. A proven background in this area is essential.

Working Hours – Part time role of 2-3 days per week depending on the candidate

Essential duties and responsibilities

· Create and maintain Google Ads campaigns, identifying trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
· Track, and analyse website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns using Google Analytics and Google Ads with regular reporting
· Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies
· Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
· Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations, such as performing ongoing keyword expansion and optimization, improving page load time and developing a link building strategy
· Research and monitor competitor advertising and SEO work, analysing results and replicating for our sites to improve rankings
· Creation of visual ads for non-search result campaigns, working alongside creative and social media team to ensure consistency of brand and content across platforms
· Work with team to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
· Utilise programmes such as Ahrefs and SEM Rush to analyse SEO rankings and website health
· Manage our Google Business account, updating information when required
· Manage website pages in WordPress dashboard, using Yoast SEO to optimise content for search engine rankings
· Any other ad hoc duties required by the team

Essential Requirements

· Proven experience in a similar role (3+ years)
· Experience in working across paid media campaigns on Google, Bing and Yahoo
· Knowledge of search engine algorithms
· Strong knowledge of standard and current SEO & PCC practices
· Familiarity with relevant tools e.g. SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics
· Strong organisational and communication skills
· Strong content writing ability and a good eye for detail
· Experience using Content Management Systems such as WordPress
