SEO Project Manager

A brilliant opportunity for a hands-on SEO Project Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering search projects to a diverse and interesting client base.

We are a small and successful UK based SEO agency in its early stages of growth.

We are dedicated to white hat SEO techniques, providing clients with the best potential opportunities for long term growth. We have built up great relationships with clients whom we value as much as they value and enjoy the quality of the service provided for them. To start with, this will be a small team, just you, our administrator & 2 freelance copywriters. We are looking for an SEO project manager to help manage and deliver retainer tasks and support on project work.

Role Responsibilities

* Website management (WordPress & Shopify), uploading content, Yoast, redirects
* Writing content briefs for copywriters
* On-page optimisation strategy including headings, images, linking
* Optimising titles and meta descriptions
* Competitor analysis
* Keyword Research
* Screaming Frog crawls and website health checks
* Emailing with clients about feature requests & SEO questions
* Optimise Google My Business listing (Local SEO)
* Optional: Monthly reporting and strategic planning tasks for best ROI

Skills & Experience

As an SEO Specialist you’ll have:
* 2+ years’ experience in an agency environment
* Experience in working directly with clients as a lead contact on accounts
* Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent project management skills, work prioritisation and time management
* Advanced Excel and Google sheets (working with VLOOKUPs and functions)
* Attention to detail, presentation and accuracy when working with numbers, spreadsheets and reports
* Project management and time tracking software: ClickUp

This is a part-time position Mondays to Fridays, the hours are flexible but we would need you to be online within the CEST timezone working hours. Potential to become full-time. You’ll qualify for 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves after the 6 month probation period. We honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All Souls Day

Once you complete your 6 months probation, you will get:
* 13th month
* Cash equivalent for leaves not taken
