SEO-SEM and Social Media Expert – Online

We are seeking a reliable and experienced person to handle tasks related to SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM (Search Engine Marketing) and Social Media management for 2 company websites: Australian Immigration Specialists and Liberty Property Buyers.

All candidates must be able to prove skills and work experience related to the following:

Requirements and duties:
• At least 3 years of proven experience related to SEO-SEM and social media campaign management
• Excellent English communication skills including strong reading and writing ability
• Manage and implement SEO optimisation techniques – including on-page, off-page, technical SEO, audits, meta tags, content, site architecture, internal linking, schema, sitemaps, load speed etc.
• Monitor Site Speed & recommend improvements to improve SEO performance and listings
• Implement all related SEM tasks in connection with all online marketing
• Research targeted keywords based on targeted clients
• Monitor all site development tasks to ensure they are built/deployed considering SEO fundamentals
• In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console, Keyword Tracking Tool other SEO related tools
• Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, WordPress, Web design and User Interface design
• Manage multiple social channels including Facebook groups and pages, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Google Business Profile etc
• Generate monthly reports – including in-depth analysis and recommendations for growth
• Analyse SEO reports to identify trends, issues, areas for opportunity and create action plans to improve performance and results
• Ability to think creatively and analytically, strong attention to detail and strong focus on quality
• Assist with website updates when needed including creating graphics for webpages and social media channels
• Familiarity and experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and graphics software

Work conditions include:

• 6 hours online from 9am to 6.00pm Sydney time, day time Philippines hours
• Monday to Friday
• Initial monthly trial salary
• 13 month salary on offer after a probation period
