Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SEO & Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve our online presence, increase website traffic, and enhance our brand awareness across various social media platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO best practices, social media algorithms, and content optimization techniques.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and website audits to identify opportunities for optimization.
Optimize website content, including blog posts, landing pages, and product pages, for improved search visibility and user experience.
Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Moz.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and algorithm changes in SEO and search engine algorithms.
Create and manage social media content calendars for various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly and appropriately.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and design, to ensure alignment of SEO and social media strategies with overall business objectives.
Generate regular reports on SEO and social media performance, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
Identify and explore new opportunities for growth, such as emerging social media platforms or innovative SEO tactics.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or Social Media Manager, with a strong track record of driving measurable results.
In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Moz.
Proficiency in social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for both SEO and social media channels.
Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and innovations.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
