Job Description

We are looking for a creative SEO / Web Design Specialist to optimize the content of one of our AU clients based on analytics and keyword research. The SEO specialist will also be responsible for researching advertising and website layout trends that will generate more page traffic.

To be successful as an SEO specialist you must be willing to keep abreast of industry innovations and trends. A good SEO specialist values quality content as well as technical insight to optimize the website for search engines.

The content to be optimsed primarily consists of the following types:

Company Updates: Posts about company achievements, milestones, and news updates, such as new partnerships, projects completed, or awards received.
Industry Insights: Shares industry-related articles, trends, and thought leadership pieces relevant to the client’s field, showcasing expertise and staying updated with industry developments.
Employee Spotlights: Highlights individual team members, their roles, contributions, and achievements within the company, fostering a sense of community and showcasing talent.
Event Announcements and Recaps: Shares information about upcoming events, conferences, or webinars where the client participates or hosts, as well as recaps and highlights from these events.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR): Posts about CSR initiatives, community involvement, and sustainability efforts undertaken by the client, demonstrating corporate values and commitment to social causes.
Promotional Content: Occasionally includes promotional posts about services, solutions, or products offered by the client, aiming to attract potential clients or partners.
Engagement Posts: Encourages engagement through questions, polls, or discussions related to industry topics or company initiatives, fostering interaction with the audience.

Overall, existing content focuses on maintaining a professional image while highlighting company achievements, industry expertise, employee stories, and community involvement. These posts collectively aim to build brand credibility, engage with stakeholders, and attract potential clients and talent.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage all web, SEO/SEM, CRM database, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising paid campaigns.
Creates marketing content (videos or photos) for websites and all social media platforms.
Leverage existing short-form content to develop longer form content.
Conduct market analysis and insight building to help build new strategies; and help maintain social media presence and branding.
Preparing end of reports from all digital campaigns and promotional performance.
Implementing traffic generation and optimization activities for clients.
Liaise with Marketing, Sales, and Product development teams to ensure brand consistency.
Coordinate with suppliers and customers for future promotions and advertising opportunities.
Develop and enrich customer service experience.
Performing other ad hoc tasks as required for the role.

Education and Work Experience:

With at least two (2) years of Digital Marketing/SEO/Social Media Marketing experience.
Demonstrated experience in SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and other display advertising campaigns and marketing.
Experienced in managing different websites, databases, and social media platforms.
Knowledgeable in website and marketing analytic tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, WordPress, Instagram Ads, HubSpot, Mail Chimp etc.)
Experienced in Google AdWords campaign is an advantage.
Familiarity with graphic and video editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva etc.
Excellent English communication skills.
Can work with minimal supervision and able to perform well in a team.
