About Brainiact: Brainiact is a rapidly growing business coaching company based in Sydney. We are currently expanding through franchising and have a small, dedicated team working to help SME owners increase their sales and profits. With our big plans, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Dubsado and Admin Manager to join our team.

Position Overview:
The SEO Specialist is responsible for improving our website’s visibility and ranking on search engine result pages (SERPs) through various optimisation strategies and techniques. The specialist works closely with marketing and web development teams to implement SEO best practices and drive organic traffic to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

– Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant keywords and phrases for website optimisation. Analyse search volume, competitiveness, and user intent to target the most valuable keywords.

– On-Page Optimisation: Optimise website content, including meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking structure, to improve keyword relevancy and overall search engine visibility. Ensure the website follows best practices for crawlability and indexability.

– Technical SEO: Perform website audits to identify technical issues that may impact search engine rankings, such as crawl errors, broken links, site speed, and mobile-friendliness. Collaborate with web development teams to implement necessary fixes and improvements.

– Link Building: Plan and execute effective link building strategies to improve the website’s authority and ranking. Identify relevant websites for outreach, conduct competitor link analysis, and leverage content assets for link acquisition.

– SEO Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms. Generate regular reports on key SEO metrics, such as keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates. Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.

– Stay Up-to-Date with SEO Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO. Continuously research and experiment with new strategies and techniques to improve search engine rankings.

Qualifications and Skills:

– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
– Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
– In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, techniques, and best practices.
– Proficiency in SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
– Familiarity with website analytics and reporting.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
– Attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in the SEO industry.
