SEO Specialist

We are looking for an SEO Specialist to be part of our team! As an SEO Specialist, you are required to have an experience with bid management tools and PPC. Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.

Duties and Responsibilities:

– Develop and execute successful SEO strategies.
– Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid
search campaigns.
– Conduct keyword research to guide content teams
– Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
– Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes
– Optimize website content, landing pages and paid search copy
– Direct off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building)
– Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects
– Work with marketing and creatives team in handling PPC to optimize campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

– Minimum of 3 years proven SEO experience (on-page and off-page SEO, technical SEO)
– Must have at least 1-year digital marketing agency or creative agency experience.
– Proven Search Engine Marketing (SEM) experience managing Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns across Google and Social.
– In-depth experience with website analytics tools
– Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
– Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
– Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
– Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g Semrush, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics,
WebTrends)
– Willing to attend daily meetings, sprint planning and other scrum events
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
– Content Writing and content strategy skills are required
– Self-organizing, responsible, collaborative, and customer focused
– Certifications in Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms are a plus
– Can start immediately and work 40 hours with us
