KOZAKH, a thriving jewelry brand, is currently in search of an SEO Specialist to join our remote team in the Philippines. Our mission is to create beautifully crafted jewelry that captures the spirit and style of our diverse customer base. We are looking for an SEO Specialist who will enhance our online presence, taking our website to the forefront of search engine results.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a keen understanding of current SEO best practices and have a track record of implementing strategies that improve website visibility, organic traffic, and search rankings. Our ideal candidate has a holistic understanding of SEO, recognizing it as a puzzle that requires various pieces working together harmoniously to create a complete picture.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Perform ongoing keyword research and analysis to guide content teams.
2. Evaluate website metadata, including the meta description and site tagline, ensuring optimal use of target keywords and concise, engaging language.
3. Create and index sitemaps, facilitating effective navigation and helping search engines understand the site’s layout.
4. Optimize existing content through keyword density management, image alt text, and internal linking strategies.
5. Regularly add new, high-quality content that is engaging, valuable, informative, credible, and optimized for SEO.
6. Develop a robust backlink strategy, establishing high quality backlinks that provide ‘social proof’ and improve the site’s standing in the eyes of search engines.
7. Monitor and report on SEO performance, using data to inform ongoing strategy and tactics.

**Job Requirements:**

1. Proven SEO experience, preferably with a specialty e-commerce retailer.
2. In-depth knowledge of current SEO best practices and search engine algorithms.
3. Proficiency with SEO reporting and analytical tools.
4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable and profitable marketing plans.
5. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
