**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a dedicated SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of current SEO best practices, tools, and trends. They will be responsible for enhancing our website’s visibility on search engines, driving organic traffic, and collaborating with the content and web development teams to ensure a holistic SEO approach. Creating Social Content, and coming up with ideas for blogs using AI to help with content.

**Key Responsibilities**:
The first responsibility is to bring the website up to SEO optimization. Every page needs to be optimized. This will take several weeks. After that we will want you to post blogs that can be AI-generated, post weekly posts to social media, and post to GMB.

1. Conduct keyword research to identify high-impact words and phrases for content optimization.
2. Implement on-page SEO strategies including meta-tagging, internal linking, and content optimization.
3. Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
4. Develop and implement link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks.
5. Conduct technical SEO audits to identify areas of improvement and collaborate with the web development team to implement necessary changes.
6. Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, techniques, and algorithm updates.
7. Produce regular reports on our SEO campaign performance.
8. Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are consistently followed.
9. Work with the marketing team to drive SEO in content creation and content programming.
10. Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.

**Qualifications**:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
– Minimum of 2-3 year of experience in a dedicated SEO role.
– Proficiency in SEO tools such as Moz, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or equivalent.
– Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other analytics tools.
– Familiarity with web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
