Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced SEO Specialist to join our team. As an SEO Specialist, you will play a crucial role in improving online visibility for our clients and driving organic traffic to their website. You will be responsible for implementing effective SEO strategies, link building, conducting keyword research, optimizing website content, and monitoring performance metrics. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with a passion for search engine optimization and a proven track record of delivering results.

Before You Apply Ensure the Following:
1. You will need to work Night Shift on Skype for 4 hours/day between the hours of 1am to 5am OR 5am to 9am Philippines Time (PHT).
2. Compensation offered will be determined by your existing skills and how well you align with the job description and requirements as indicated by the assessment results.
3. You must have prior experience in both Off-Page and On-Page SEO. Most of your tasks will relate to Off-Page SEO.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building)
• Write compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions.
• Conduct keyword research to identify target keywords and optimize website content accordingly.
• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic search traffic and improve search engine rankings.
• Generate regular reports on SEO performance, including traffic, rankings, and conversions, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the market.
• Perform on-page optimization, including meta tags, headings, alt tags, and URL structures, to improve keyword relevance and user experience.
• Optimize website structure and HTML tags to enhance search engine visibility and crawlability.
• The ability to work with back-end SEO elements such as .htaccess, , metadata, site speed optimization, and related skills.
• Analyze website data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization, such as website structure, content, and user experience.
• Recommend fixes for technical SEO issues. Optimize website content and metadata, including page titles, descriptions, and headers, to improve search engine rankings and click-through rates.
• Apply comprehensive SEO fundamentals including writing meta, verifying SEO friendly page elements, creating target keyword lists and maximizing link architecture.
• Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends)
• Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
• Optimize Copy and Landing Pages’ Heading, Title, and Image Tags, as well as Meta Descriptions.
• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, such as crawl errors, broken links, and duplicate content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, developers, and designers, to implement SEO best practices and optimize website performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and search engine algorithm changes to ensure compliance and proactively adjust SEO strategies.

Qualifications
• Proven SEO experience
• 3+ years of experience in SEO Off-Page and On-Page Search Engine Optimization (SEO), with a proven track record of improving organic search rankings and driving website traffic and engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, computer science or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with a track record of successfully improving organic search rankings.
• In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
• Proficient in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
• Experience with website analytics and tracking tools to measure SEO performance.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website development principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and the Google Office Suite (Docs, Sheets, Presentation, Drive, Gmail, Calendar)
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and developments.
