Job Description:
As an SEO Specialist at No Boundaries Marketing Group, you will be responsible for implementing and managing SEO strategies to increase our clients’ website visibility and drive organic traffic. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize website content, improve site architecture, and execute on-page and off-page SEO tactics. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, and technical SEO best practices.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct keyword research to identify high-value target keywords and opportunities for content optimization.
– Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, and on-page elements, to improve search engine rankings and user experience.
– Perform technical SEO audits to identify and address issues affecting crawlability, indexing, and site performance.
– Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
– Develop and execute link-building strategies to increase domain authority and improve organic search visibility.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO and digital marketing.
– Collaborate with content creators, developers, and other stakeholders to implement SEO recommendations and initiatives.
– Track, measure, and report on key SEO metrics and performance indicators, including traffic, rankings, and conversions.
– Utilize SEMRush and other SEO tools to conduct competitive analysis, identify opportunities, and track progress.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field.
– Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with a strong understanding of SEO best practices and principles.
– Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMRush, Moz, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
– Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
– Experience with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
– Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
– Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
– Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
– Google Analytics certification is preferred.
