Job Description

As an SEO Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our website’s visibility, driving organic traffic, and improving search engine rankings. You will be responsible for implementing on-page and off-page SEO strategies, conducting keyword research, analyzing website performance metrics, and staying updated with the latest SEO trends and best practices.

Responsibilities:

-Develop and execute effective SEO strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
-Keyword research and optimization: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-traffic search terms.
-Optimize website content and metadata for targeted keywords to improve organic rankings.
-On-page and technical SEO: Implement on-page SEO best practices, including optimizing title tags, meta descriptions, headings, and content structure. Ensure technical aspects of the website, such as site speed, mobile-friendliness, and crawling/indexing, are optimized for search engines.
-Off-page SEO and link building: Build and maintain a robust backlink profile through ethical and white-hat link building techniques. Collaborate with content creators to develop link-worthy and shareable content.
-Website analysis and reporting: Utilize SEO tools to analyze website performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular performance reports to the marketing team and management.
-Competitive analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor SEO strategies and adjust our approach to maintain a competitive edge.
-Stay updated with SEO trends: Keep abreast of industry developments, algorithm changes, and new SEO tools to continually improve SEO strategies.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with content creators, web developers, and other stakeholders to ensure -SEO recommendations are effectively implemented.

Requirements:

-Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role with a track record of improving organic search performance.
-In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
-Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
-Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
-Familiarity with website analysis, performance tracking, and reporting.
-Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO elements.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
-Up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, practices, and algorithm updates.
-Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
-Must pass the Device specs qualification i5 11th or 10th Gen, i7 8th Gen, Macbook, Ryzen 5 with 12gb RAM.
-Must have internet back up and power back up.
-Certification in SEO or digital marketing.
-Experience in using content management systems (CMS) and web development platforms.
-Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for SEO optimization.
